Once they cook take them out. <br /> <br />- In a pan heat some oil, add cashew nut pieces, capsicums, finely chopped ginger, finely chopped garlic, schezwan sauce , sugar and dash of water , soya sauce, salt and add the fried potatoes. <br /> <br />- Add some spring onion leaves and the schezwan potatoes are ready to be served!
